We are looking for a creative and reliable Full-Time Video Content Creator to join realistisch.ai and support us in producing high-quality social media content on a daily basis. We operate fully remote and leverage modern AI tools to create efficient, scalable, and visually compelling content. Important for this role: 👉 Full-time only – no part-time arrangements. 👉 We do not produce traditional on-site video shoots. 👉 You will receive scripts and develop your own scene ideas, created with AI tools and your editing expertise. 👉 No prior AI experience required – we can teach you everything. Your editing skills and reliability are far more important. 👉 You must speak perfect English.

Your Responsibilities - Create engaging, platform-specific social media content (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.) - Transform written scripts into visual concepts and scenes - Use AI tools to generate video sequences (AI avatars, AI scenes, motion tools, etc.) – full training provided - Edit, cut, and refine content according to our brand guidelines - Review, optimize, and finalize content for publishing - Collaborate with our creative team to shape and evolve our content style - Work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fully remote setup

What We’re Looking For - Experience in video editing, video production, or animation (degree, apprenticeship, agency experience, or self-taught) - Strong skills in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects - Creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of social media trends - Excellent English skills (spoken and written) - High reliability, discipline, and ability to meet deadlines - Ability to follow and improve existing processes - Technical understanding of video, audio, lighting, and digital tools - Willingness to learn AI tools (experience not required) AI experience is a plus but NOT required. Strong editing skills and reliability matter most.
